    The office of the Bursar/Business Office is responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition and fees payable to Ohio Dominican University.

    ODU Business Office billing goes paperless! The billing for spring 2015 will be entirely electronic, providing students and Authorized Users 24x7 access to their online billing statements. Email messages will be sent to notify students and Authorized Users when bills are available online.

    Students: If you haven't signed up your parents as Authorized Users for your online Student Account Suite, do so now! It only takes a few minutes and this will allow your parents/spouses/family members to login and see your account balance, retrieve billing statements, and make payments/Payment Plans on your behalf.

    Payment Forms

    We accept payments in the form of:

    • Cash
    • Checks
    • Money Orders

    Beginning April 23, 2014, credit/debit card payments for tuition and fees will no longer be accepted in the Business Office, they must be made online. Students: login to ODU Online and select "Pay my bill" to view Student Account activity, view statements, pay bills, and enroll in electronic refunds. You can also give permission to Authorized Users to make payments on your behalf.

    Private Education Loans

    Now is the time to apply for private loads! Because of Federal regulations, the time it takes to process a private education loan has increased. Lenders now require more paperwork from you. Billing statements for the fall semester will be sent out around July 5. In order for your private loan to be processed by the billing due date, you must begin the application process ASAP.
