  • Online Payment Refund Policy

    All refund requests, except for tuition refunds, must be submitted to Ohio Dominican University in writing and within the time period outlined for the specific purchase being made.

    If the payment to be refunded was made via a check or cash, the refund will be distributed directly to the individual via a paper or electronic check (if the individual has banking information on file for an electronic check).

    If the payment was made via credit card, and the payment was received within 30 days of the refund request, the refund will be posted back to the credit card that was used for payment.
