    or Endorsement

    Ohio Dominican University offers options to pay for your Endorsement or Licensure program.

    There are four payment options available:

    • Interest Free Payment Plan
    • Employer Reimbursement Plan
    • Pay in Full
    • Alternative Loan

    Payment arrangements must be made prior to the first class. If you have any questions, please contact the ODU Business Office at (614) 251-4550 or busoffice@ohiodominican.edu, or visit us in Erskine Hall, Room 133. 

    1. Interest Free Payment Plan 

    The payment plan usually consists of five interest-free payments per semester. The earlier students enroll in the program, the more likely the lowest payment option will be available.

    For Master’s degree programs, you make five payments of $540 per semester. A non-refundable enrollment fee is required to initiate a payment plan per semester.Other program fees may apply which may affect payment amount.

    2. Employer Reimbursement Plan 

    This is a deferred method of payment offered to students whose employer will pay for their courses. On or before the due date of your tuition, you must furnish the ODU Business Office with both 

    • A signed authorization from your employer of your eligibility for tuition reimbursement.
    • A $125.00 deposit.This requirement must be met each semester you request the tuition to be deferred. There will be a 1.5% service charge on the amount deferred. Remember to use your ODU Student ID# on all correspondence. 

    3. Payment in full 

    Tuition can be paid to the ODU Business Office with cash, check, money order or credit card. Ohio Dominican accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. Credit card payments may be made in person or by calling Student Accounts at (614) 251-4550.

    When paying by phone you will need:

    • Credit card account number
    • Cardholder’s name
    • Expiration date of the card
    • ODU Student ID#
    • Dollar amount to be paid on the account

    4. Alternative Loan 

    When seeking a non-degree endorsement, Federal Financial aid is not available. You may be eligible for private loans. Eligibility is based on a credit check. You may receive a better interest rate if you apply with a co-signer. Be sure to choose a loan product that will approve a loan for non-degree seeking students.
