Advertising Rates and Schedule

About 500 copies are printed 5 times per semester, with no publication in the summer.  An electronic version is emailed to more than 5,000 students, faculty and alumni.

Rates

$5 per column inch for local and national advertisers
$2 per column inch for students and university-related groups/offices
Classifieds: $3 for 10 words. $5 for outside advertisers. 10 cents for each additional word.

Spot color: $25
Full/four color: $50
Inserts: $75

1 column=1.75 inches wide
2 columns=3.6 inches wide
3 columns=5.6 inches wide
4 columns=7.5 inches wide

Ad Submissions

Ads must be attached to an email to tower@ohiodominican.edu in PDF format with all fonts and artwork embedded.

Classified Ads Submissions

Classifieds cannot be accepted over the phone. Submit them by email to tower@ohiodominican.edu and include your name and contact information. Or submit them in writing in person during Tower office hours. The Tower cannot be responsible for advertisers’ typographical errors. 

Payment

The Tower accepts cash or checks or money orders payable to Ohio Dominican University. Payment required in advance, unless credit has been established. Campus advertisers must provide their account number in advance for the payment transfer to be made.

Policies

The Tower reserves the right to reject any advertisement. The sole responsibility for the content of the ads rests with the advertiser. By submitting the ad, the advertiser is attesting that the content is truthful, lawful and not defamatory. Ads must be consistent with the ODU’s mission and values.
