The Mentoring Program offers an opportunity for alumni to connect with our students and refer top quality individuals to a challenging program while giving them guidance to succeed in a constantly evolving, competitive marketplace.

Attend a LEAD information session to meet and guide potential students on their decision to attend ODU.
- Send your success story to ODU and have it posted on the ODU webpage for prospective students to be inspired.
- Work closely with individuals in the LEAD program on completion of their college degree while preparing them for real-world experiences.
