ODU Scholarships
ODU is strongly committed to international education. To help meet this commitment, our Financial Aid Office is dedicated to serving International students and U.S. students alike in helping you fund your education.
Ohio Dominican offers ODU Scholarships and Awards to all qualifying students up to $14,000 (USD) per academic year. To see what kind of an award you may be eligible for, please try our Scholarship/Award Calculator.
In addition to scholarships and awards, ODU offers endowed scholarships, International Student grants (averaging $2,000 USD per year) and numerous on-campus student employment opportunities.
External Scholarships
There are also many opportunities for scholarships from outside organizations . The scholarships listed below are offered to international students from outside organizations. Please contact the sponsoring organization for more information.

Women of any nationality pursuing undergraduate Business degrees demonstrating outstanding potential in the field are eligible. Students become eligible after completing two years of undergraduate courses and have achieved outstanding academic records the first two-three years of academic studies.

Full-time undergraduate students enrolled in a four year university in the U.S. Recipients may reapply each year for up to four years.

Essay Contest for full-time students who will be entering their third and fourth years of academic study at a four year university.

Scholarships offered to undergraduate and graduate students of Greek descent, between the ages of 17 and 25.

Fellowships are available for undergraduate students entering their second, third or fourth years of academic study. Students must demonstrate an interest in the classical liberal/libertarian tradition or individual rights and market economies.

This offers four types of scholarships for undergraduate students interested in computer science and related technical disciplines. May only be a one year award for students attending institutions in U.S., Canada, and Mexico. All recipients of a scholarship will be required to complete a salaried internship of 12 weeks or more at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington.

Since 1974, the internationally acclaimed Olive W. Garvey Fellowship program has awarded fellowships biennially to outstanding college students around the world through a competitive essay contest on the meaning and significance of economic and personal liberty. College or university students, part-time or full-time, undergraduate or graduate, from all nations and academic disciplines are eligible.
