    Program Assessment Timeline (5-year cycle)

In the second iteration of the 5-year cycle, all focus groups will work on the assessment of student learning outcomes for the program area. The groups will include all full-time faculty teaching in the program.

At the close of the academic year, the groups will have met three times for 1-2 hour work sessions. End products include completion of the annual program assessment survey (PAS), completion of a five year assessment plan, and creation of a poster or other documentation in order to share results with the incoming groups for the next academic year.

Documentation by focus groups will also be used to provide evidence to our accrediting bodies of effective program assessment.
