    ODU JobLine lists internship, part-time and full-time positions for students and alumni of Ohio Dominican University.

    RETURNING USERS:

     FIRST-TIME USERS:  

    • Request your login information via email at careercenter@ohiodominican.edu  Include your first and last name, student ID    
    • Go to JobLine’s site: http://www.myinterfase.com/ohiodominican/student/   
    • Login to the system with your username and password. (You will be able to change your password upon login.)  
    • Click on ‘My Profile’  
    • Review your personal information to verify accuracy and update your content.  
    • Click ‘Submit Profile’ to save your changes.  

    Searching for Jobs or Internships

    1. Put your cursor over Jobs and select Job Search  
    2. Fill in the search criteria to narrow down your job search. Use fewer criteria in order to generate the most listings. You may also click the Search button, without entering any search criteria, to view all current jobs.
    3. Click on the Job ID to see the specifics of the position and how to apply.

    Updating Your Profile

    1. Put your cursor over My Account and select My Profile.
    2. You will see sections containing Personal Information, Demographic Information, Skills, and Additional Information.
    3. Each section will have an [Edit] link. Click on this link to edit fields within the section.
    4. Carefully go through each section and complete all of the fields making sure to click on the Save button. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).  

    Uploading Your Resume

    1. Put your cursor over My Account and select My Documents.
    2. Click on the [Upload File] link.
    3. Click the Browse button to locate your resume on your computer.
      (NOTE: Always be sure the file name includes your last name.)
    4. Select the document and name it (ie: Jones Marketing Resume)
    5. Click the Upload button.

      IMPORTANT: Your default resume is the document that employers will access when searching for candidates. Your default resume should be a version that best relates to all the fields you are targeting.

    Revising Your Resume

    Follow steps 1-5 above  

    1. Delete the old resume/s from the system
    2. If your new resume relates to an interview event, make sure you link the new document to the interview.
