PRAXIS I - PPST
The PRAXIS I: Pre-Professional Skills Tests (PPST) measure basic skills in reading, writing and mathematics and include multiple-choice questions and an essay question on the Writing test. The tests are designed to evaluate whether you have the academic skills needed to prepare for a career in education (http://www.ets.org/praxis/about/praxisi).
Students majoring in Education must pass the PRAXIS I Tests as part of the Procedure for Admission to Professional Education.

Testing accommodations
- Students who require specialized testing accommodations for a DOCUMENTED DISABILITY will need to submit documentation of a disability through the Coordinator of Disability Services, (614)-251-4233. Download the Bulletin Supplement for Test Takers with Disabilities or Health-related Needs from the ETS website, http://www.ets.org/s/gre/pdf/1011_hed_bulletin_supplement.pdf , and submit signed documentation to ETS prior to scheduling your test. To get these accommodations, the Director of International Programs, (614) 251-4646, must sign a Certificate of Documentation (available from ETS) for the student to submit before scheduling the test.
