To become an instructor in the Project JumpStart College Credit Plus Program, you must submit the following materials to Ohio Dominican.
- Teacher Application Form. Includes personal information, educational background and teaching experience. A resume is required.
- Official transcript(s). Copies will suffice for the review.
- Copy of teaching certificate.
- Letter of Recommendation from the high school principal.
Once the Program Coordinator has reviewed your application materials, the packet is sent to the appropriate Ohio Dominican University departmental coordinator.
Based on the academic qualifications of the applicant and the materials submitted, the Faculty coordinator will determine the applicant’s eligibility and the candidate will be contacted. Download Application
