Celebrate the Holidays at Ohio Dominican

COLUMBUS, OH - Ohio Dominican University has several events scheduled throughout the Holiday season.
-- November 23 - December 12, 2003, Annual Christmas Toy Drive. ODU joins the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Gift Program helping children in Columbus to have a Merry Christmas. ODU students, faculty and staff are inivted to visit the Angel Tree in Erskine Hall to pick up a gift tag, purchase and wrap the gift, attach the tag and bring the gift back to Erskine. All gifts will be donated to the Salvation Army and given to a child in need this Christmas.
-- December 2, 2003 at 6:00 p.m., Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony begins in the Colonial Room of Sansbury Hall. Refreshments will be served in Hamilton Hall. ODU faculty, staff, students and their families are welcome to "ring on" the lights for the ODU Christmas tree beginning at 6pm.
-- December 5 and 6 at 7:30 p.m. and December 7 at 3:00 p.m., Yuletide Revels in Merrie England. There will be a medieval banquet, a play, pre-dinner entertainment and gifts. The cost is $42.50 per person. Call 251-4711 for more information.
-- December 6, 2003 - Carols, Cookies, and Christmas Cheer - this event sponsored by Ohio Dominican's Campus Ministry. Campus Ministry will pay a visit to the retired Sisters in Mohun Hall and share a little carols, cookies and Christmas cheer with them.
-- December 8-10, 2003, Second Annual Art Sale in Wehrle Gallery, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be a variety of objects for sale including: hand-made jewelry, pottery, prints, paintings, paper, and many other fine and unique items for sale.
