Hope Benton-Borghi joins ODU as a visiting assistant professor of education. Benton-Borghi most recently served as a visiting lecturer at The Ohio State University. She has written and directed many educational grant projects and has 12 years of secondary school teaching experience. She received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Massachusetts State College; a master’s degree in Secondary Education from Boston University; and a master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University. She recently completed her Ph.D at OSU. Benton-Borghi is a member of the American Association of University Women, the American Education Research Association, the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the Consortium for School Networking, the Council for Exceptional Children, the International Society for Technology in Education, and the Ohio Confederation of Teacher Education Organization. She is a resident of Columbus.
