Matthew Conley received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration on Mathematics, and a master’s degree in Early and Middle Childhood Education, both from The Ohio State University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Education at The Ohio State University.

Conley taught both early and middle childhood education in the Bucyrus City School system.

He has received numerous awards, including the Oscar Wilde-Gertrude Stein Scholarship, the Schoenbaum Scholarship, and the Harold C. Miles Fellowship.
