| Biography: |
John Mascazine, Associate Professor of Education, was a classroom teacher of twelve years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. His specialty is science education and the integration of mathematics, science, and technology education. His research areas of interest are in learning styles and twins and multiple birth children and their school experiences. John has presented at local, national, and international conferences and continues to write and publish for educational journals. He regularly attends conferences such as the National Association of Researchers in Science Teaching (NARST), National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), and International Society for Twin Studies (ISTS). He is also active in presenting workshops for teachers and parents, and enjoys working with local teachers and students. John enjoys traveling, working on his stained glass projects, and working out with weights. |
