• August 14, 2007 @ 1pm – 4pm - Dual Enrollment Faculty Workshop in the Colonial Room, Sansbury Hall
• September 7, 2007 - Last day to add a dual enrollment course
• September 3, 2007 - Labor Day ~ ODU Offices closed
• October 29, 2007 - Last day to drop ODEP course
• November 15, 2007 - Site visit due
• November 22 & 23, 2007 - Thanksgiving Holiday ~ ODU Offices Closed
• December 24 & 25, 2007 - Christmas Holiday ~ ODU Offices Closed
• January 1, 2008 - New Year’s Day ~ ODU Offices Closed
• January 2008 - Deliver Spring Semester Packets
• February 2008 - 08/09 Dual Enrollment Information delivered to high schools
• March 2008 - 08/09 School Update information due.
• April 2008 - Notification of all course approvals and delivery of 08/09. Student registration packets
• May 2008 - Priority registration deadline for dual enrollment students. Course evaluations sent
• June 2008 - Final grades for 07/08 dual enrollment courses due

• January 26, 2009: Last day to drop from a Spring only ODEP course with a full refund
• February 2, 2009: Last day to drop from a Spring only dual enrollment course (no refund)
• February 2, 2009: 09/10 High School Update information due (new teacher, text, course changes, etc)
• February 2, 2009: Mail ongoing course proposal forms
• February 17 -27, 2009: Preliminary review by ODU faculty of course offerings
• March 2, 2009: Finalized list of 09/10 Dual Enrollment Course Offerings
• April 2009: Notification of all course approvals and delivery of 09/10 Student registration packets
• May 2009: Priority registration deadline for dual enrollment students Course evaluations sent
• June 2009: Final grades for 08/09 dual enrollment courses due
