An Astounding Statistic!
The foundation of all estate planning begins with a Will.
The Will is an official legal document that allows you to
dictate where, how and to whom the assets you have
accumulated will be divided.
However, despite the
importance of having a Will, only 30% of Americans actually
have one! That means the other 70% are going to allow the
Probate Court to make critical decisions that may distribute
your assets at the courts discretion.
May I suggest to you that
regardless of your age, if you dont have a Will, please
consider having one drawn up as soon as possible.
Please call or e-mail me if
you have any questions in regards to your charitable goals.
