From Your Alumni Office
What a fantastic Homecoming Weekend we celebrated earlier this month! We were blessed with gorgeous weather and a record number of alumni on campus, many of whom were ‘coming home’ for the first time in many years. Saturday’s pre-game tailgate picnic, the rides, the games, the cotton candy, popcorn, and balloon characters provided a relaxed and easy atmosphere for friends to mingle while children played. The Alumni Educators Recognition Luncheon and half-time recognition on the field drew positive comments from honorees, other alums, students and friends alike.

I am compelled to extend a huge and personal thank you to all members of the ODU staff for the hard work in making this the start of an outstanding tradition.

Thank you to all who have kept Dr. Jack Calareso in your prayers through his recent heart surgery. He is doing extremely well and appreciates your good wishes and prayers.

Please feel free to e-mail, phone, or write to let us know what’s new in your life, what we can do for you, or any thoughts you may wish to share. Plans are shaping up for Regional Alumni Events in NE Ohio and in SW Ohio before winter sets in. Let us know if you want to participate!!

Best regards,

Sue
