Double Dominicans
Dave and Misty met in Mike Strickler's dorm room in late fall of 1993. They became
instant friends and spent time together constantly. After a year and a half of being
"just friends", a courtship began. The couple claims that they were broken up
more than they were together. But, through it all, they both always seemed to make it
back to each other. They couldn't help it; they were best friends.
After six and a half years of dating, they exchanged wedding vows on October 27, 2001
at the Columbus Athenaeum.
