Well hello everyone, school iscoming to an end and sadly this is almost my last blog. I know all my avidreaders are upset but it will be okay. Last week was crazy with school, softball, and life in general.
Lastweek we had to win our last 2 double-headers to be the outright conferencechamps. We came out on Tuesday against Urbana with so much energy andexcitement, we were ready to play. We won both of those games and we played thebest ball we have played all year. We then played Shawnee State on Saturday, during the midst of a torrential downpour I might add, but anyways we won thefirst game in extra innings. It was quite a nail biter. Sarah Burt hit a gamewinning homerun in the 10th inning. The next game didn’t go as welland we ended us losing but it was ok because we still were tied for 1stplace and co-conference champs which isn’t to shabby. This week is regionalsand we are heading up to Walsh to play. Everyone is pumped and can’t wait toplay.
Itis so exciting that summer is here so soon but sad at the same time. Thisweekend my roomie was starting to pack up her room and it was sort ofdepressing to see the room so empty and bare. I am actually dreading cleaningand packing up my room, it is a complete disaster and there is way too muchstuff in it. I have no idea where half of it came from or how I actually got ithere. It’s a mystery.
Wellwish me the best of luck with softball and finals. It has been a great year. Noworries, I have one more blog to write!

Well it was a long weekend but wemade it through. This weekend we played six games in threes days. Even thoughwe only won two it was a good experience and got us ready for the post season. Also we played really well as a team and never gave up. Sunday was sad but alsohappy day. Sunday was senior day and we honored our two seniors Sarah Burt andKate Beck. It was sad that they are leaving but they both bring so much to theteam and really help hold it together. Also they both did really well today. They each had a great four years here and brought so much to the program even though emotions ran high they played their best! Sobest of luck in life ladies! I am so glad that I got to know you both!!
Finals are coming and so are regionals, things are going to get busy. It should be fun and I can’t wait to play inpostseason. We have to AMC games left and then we start regionals.
Well Columbus is going to let medown again, it has been so nice for the last couple of weeks and this week itis going to be like 50 degrees. That is kind of depressing. O well I am surethat the weather will spring back, I mean it is almost May so it should startbeing nice all the time. At least it is nice here because at home my mom saidit was about 55 degrees and not raining and people thought that it was 85degrees outside.
Ifanyone hasn’t seen Juno, you need to it is a great movie and a classic in themaking. The topic may catch you a little off-guard but it is a great movie. As soonas you watch it you will love it.
Bestof luck this week!

Hey!
Well I have been enjoying this fabulous weather that Columbushas been offering up to me, usually at home we don’t get warm weather like thistill May and if we are lucky maybe late April. So this is just wonderful. Myparents also thought that it was wonderful when they came out this week, it wasvery different from the rain and cold at home. They came out to watch me andplay and luckily they got to see me do well and the team won four games. Thenwhen it was time to go home they looked at the weather forecast and it wassupposed to snow. So once they got home they already had an inch on their car. Then after our games I called them and they had about five more inches. They couldn’tbelieve that they left 70-degree weather to go home to over seven inches ofsnow. Crazy Mother Nature.
It was nice that my parents came out and got to see me play,it was cool to have them there since it had been so long since they hadactually seen me play softball. I think that they really enjoyed it. Eventhough I didn’t get to see them that much it was awesome to have them there.
Well school is about to get crazy with finals coming up sosoon and all these professors springing presentations on me. I’m sure that I willget it all done but sometimes it’s just a little stressful.
Well best of luck with the week ahead!

Hello!
What a beautiful week we had inColumbus, it was warm and sunny. Then all of a sudden it started to get coldand rain, a lot. We won both of our games on Tuesday against Cedarville andthen dropped both to Rio on Saturday. We were supposed to play Tiffin on Sundaybut because of the rain it was cancelled.
My dad and step mom are finallyhere. I kind of feel bad for them because it was so nice all week and then assoon as the come back here it is 40 degrees and raining. It is like they neverleft the state of Washington. They probably brought it with them. Fortunatelyfor them it is supposed to clear up on Wednesday and they don’t leave tillFriday morning.
I can’t believe that school isalmost over. I mean my freshman year in college is almost over, it is crazy howfast things fly by.
Speaking of flying, can you believethat Skybus went bankrupt and then just cancelled their flights. So many peoplewere stranded, I’m not sure if they got their money back or not but I wouldhave been upset. Luckily they cancelled flights to Washington a long time ago,so we didn’t have worry about that. Maybe they should be more concerned abouttheir ticket prices rather than worrying about who brings on their own food.Seriously though who wants to pay five dollars for cheese and crackers that youdon’t even know how long they have been out. Another thing their trinkettrolley is ridiculous, who wants to buy perfume and other expensive items whilethey are flying. I mean seriously.
Well have a fabulous week! We playMt. Vernon on Tuesday at 3pm Come watch!
