TRYING NOT TO COMPLAIN!!!
Have you ever felt so tired that you think that you need to get a couple hours of sleep? So, by the time that you attempt to get some sleep for some odd reason your body will not let you get that power rest that you are in need of. Well, that has been me for the last couple of weeks. My freshmen year and the first part of my sophomore year I would set some time aside to take a nap every day. Now it seems as if I do not ever have anytime for that. Since tuition is so high and I am not an athlete I have to work, work, work on top of school so I am really drained at this point of my life. I am trying not to complain because anyone over the age of 25 will say, “Welcome to the real world.” When I was younger I could not wait until I was older but now that I am that age that I always dreamed about I want to go back to the age of 5, when life was easy. I currently have a real job, so I do not have anytime for a nap nor fun over the weekend. But it is okay because I have to understand that I am now a grown up and I have to stop thinking so much about the past and move on with my life, because life goes on. Everyone says that life speeds when you are in college and I am not sure if you think so, but it has for me. I can not believe that I am a Junior already. I remember my freshmen year like it was yesterday. My advice to all of you is capture every moment in college like it was your last. Enjoy your time but make sure that you are not having so much fun that you flunk out. Well, thanks so much for taking the time out of your busy day to read my blog. Have a good one. This is a little quote that I found over the internet that goes right along with me blog.
"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: It goes on. "
~ Robert Frost~
