Don't Forget

Hello to all… I hope classes are going good for all of you.  Can you believe that we have been in classes for five weeks now?  It seems like time is flying.  Because we have been in classes for 5 weeks means that Midterms are coming real soon.  For those of you who are freshmen, you must know that Midterms for most professors are not like Finals.  Most professors take the Midterms very seriously which means that you can not take these lightly.   I would advise you to actually take sometime out from now until Midterms to go over a little bit of material every day.  Please do not be a procrastinator!!!  Procrastination is not the smartest thing to do especially for Midterms.  I am not just talking to you but I am also talking to myself . It is so easy to tell people one thing and do another.  That is what I am trying to avoid.   So just remember to STUDY STUDY STUDY!!!! As I will do the same.

To get on another tip… Most freshmen and transfer students want to know what is there to do around campus on the weekend.  Well, for most of you know there is one of the biggest malls called Easton that is very, very close to campus, it is right off of Sunbury Rd. It is a very beautiful mall, go check it out… Ohio State University’s main campus is not too far at all either. On Sunday’s if you are every interested in coming to chuch, there are a couple of churches close by.  The church that I have attended for 18 years is off of Innis Rd.  It is called New Covenant Believers’ Church.  A couple other churches close by are New Salem, The Vinerard, Rhema Christian Center, :Living Faith Apostoic and New Life Christian Center.  If you are every interested you can come ask me and I will help you find a church or you could also talk to our Campus Ministry Staff and they will help you also.
