Almost over!!!

HEY!!! I hope all is well… Wow, it is such a beautiful day outside!!! BUT GUESS WHAT!!! IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SNOWING THIS WEEKEND!!! This Columbus weather is so crazy and that is the main reason everyone is sick, because this crazy weather is throwing everybody off…  But the good thing about all this is that it is now April, which means we only have 4 weeks of class left… YEAH!!!!  But I know that because it is so close to the end of the semester all of my major assignments and papers are due very soon…. It seems like it is one thing after another.  I know for me I have something due every week until Finals. 

            I cannot wait until Summer break because God knows I need a break away from this school and some of these people.  You know we all go through this phase that we need some alone time, and quite frankly it is not just ODU people it is everyone.  I just want to go on a paradise island for a day or two with possibly just one person, just to enjoy some time secluded from big crowds.

            It is exciting to realize that I will be a Senior next semester.  Prayerfully if I get myself together I will be graduating December 2009.  Wow, it seems like I was freshmen a couple days ago.  I remember my Freshmen year like I was in it yesterday.  Details and Experiences… Man oh Man, I have definitely matured and gone through so much.  God has definitely been good to me because I am the only one in my family who has gone this far through college.  It is truly a blessing and I know that I am going to be proud of myself but most of all my parents are going to be proud of me…  That often times gives me my motivation to continue because I know my parents are excited for me, and praying for me and wanting me to succeed.  It is a good feeling to have when your parents or loved ones are exciting about what you are doing and continue to encourage you to go further.  My parents are the ones who I can always count on to give me a boost of encouragement.  Everyone needs it sometime… And I am going to give you a boost of encouragement:  “Do not fall into the trap of what others think about you or say to you… Be who you are, try your best and show them that you are a WINNER…” Okay that might sound corny but it is true… You are a winner and when no one is there to encourage you, you can encourage yourself by telling yourself “I AM A SUCCESS NOT A FAILURE!!!”  Well, I hope this helps and I will talk to you all soon…
