Fall Break :)

I made it! I survived last week and it actually didn’t turn out too bad. We beat MVNU on Wednesday 3-1, I watched Grey’s with Ashley on Thursday, and I didn’t have class on Friday! It was nice to sleep in. I got to sleep in quite a bit since we didn’t have classes Monday or Tuesday either because of break. And after we beat Shawnee State on Saturday I finally got to go to Hocking Hills! I saw a lot of my family and ate some good home made chili–perfect Fall night. And because we were away from the city lights, I saw a bunch of stars too.

I also got to go to a pumpkin patch with a couple of my friends! We got to pet cows-yes cows- and hand pick our pumpkins! After that we carved and named them, then baked the seeds. We were disappointed to find the local “cheap” movie theater raised their student prices from $3.50 to $6–but we saw The Guardian anyways. The movie and the whole day was pretty much amazing :)

We wanted to go to a Haunted House on Monday but no where was open. Instead I raked some leaves and went shopping for Halloween candy with my friend Thomas. Our waiter at lunch made fun of how I order food because I ask instead of tell, or something like that—just a random side note…anyways~ later I went out for a movie and shakes with another friend! It was a great fun-filled weekend and consequently I put all of my homework off until today. I spent 4 hours in the computer lab after I got back from my MRIs—I had to get them on both of my legs because I may have gotten stress fractures from soccer. It took an hour and a half—where I had to lay completely still! That is really hard. I had no idea how much time was going by, and my butt fell asleep, it sucked. Hopefully it’ll be worth getting some good news from the doctor later this week!
