So long!
I got home yesterday from Georgia and for the first time in awhile I don't have a soccer tan! It's weird--but no worries--soccer starts again next Sunday so it'll be back soon. I drove to the Georgia coast with 6 friends--on the way down we stopped and picked up a couple Harry Potter books and read them while we were laying out on the beach haha. I'm sad that I'm done with all the books but I enjoyed the last one. All you HP readers--I won't give anything away. We spent one day in Savannah and the rest of the time we just hung out at the house we rented or on the beach a few blocks away! It was relaxing--a good final hoorah for summer. And of course I took pictures :0) Here's some of them...

late night walk on the beach! probably about 3 miles round trip--spent awhile talking to a man that caught sharks off of the pier...like our own miny version of some discovery channel show--later that week we saw guys catching sting rays...unfortunately one of my friends got stung by both a sting ray and a jelly fish we think :( being on the beach helped her recovery time though!

All the girls after eating at some restaurant near where we saw dolphins!

trying to motivate myself to stay in shape by practicing on the beach...

the night we attempted to grill out...messy and a lot of lighter fluid wasted but definitely edible at the least...haha
Now I'm getting ready to go to my last open fields of the summer--next Sunday preseason starts. And I'll keep my fingers crossed that everyone has been running and we can have fun living together in the dorms for two weeks before school starts! If you are coming to ODU or live near anywhere we will be playing, you should come and support us! With the new lights we'll get to have night games...check out our schedule :) Well, I hope you all have enjoyed reading my blog--when school starts in a few weeks you'll get to read about some new students' craziness! Have a Great Year!
