done with the 3rd week of school already? wow!

Homework is really piling up now!  Theology quiz on Monday, Economics test on Tuesday, a speech on Wednesday for Oral Communicatin...definitely a busy week coming up!  Along with my theology quiz on Monday, I'm also volunteering at the President's Reception again.  I have worked the past three receptions and they're really fun.  I get to meet many of the top donators at the University along with other important faculty members.  It's a great night that I enjoy volunteering for!

This past week was actually really exciting for me!  I got an internship with the Columbus Radio Group with stations like Sunny 95, Smooth Jazz 103.5, and B107.9!  I had an interview on Friday afternoon and left with the opportunity to become an intern!  I'm really looking forward to this because it gives me the opportunity to see what working in Public Relations and Marketing is like.  I'm going to be doing different events around Central Ohio being the face of the company!  It's a big task, but I'm really excited about it!  One step closer to the real world...craziness!

So along with celebrating getting my internship this weekend, we also celebrated my good friend Clay's 21st birthday!  (my mom's too...but she was in New York...I'm pretty jealous!)  I'm sure he had an even better weekend when the Buckeyes beat Akron 20-2 AND that Michigan lost AGAIN!!  Another great weekend for Buckeye fans! 

This coming week is the 6th Anniversery for 9/11 so please remember those who lost their lives.
