Quick week!  But, as always, a busy one!  This is officially the second half of the semester, so that much closer to Christmas break! LOL

We had our Recruitment Meeting for Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) on Thursday, and I am proud to say that we recruited enough students to start a Chapter at Ohio Dominican!  Personally, I am very excited to see that our PR department is moving forward and taking the steps needed in order to become a more developed major!  I was voted to be the Secretary of the Chapter so that means communicating with fellow members and keeping them aware of what's going on within the Chapter as well as taking minutes at every meeting.  So yay for PRSSA!!

Thursday was a pretty good day actually!  I found out that I got a 99/100 on my Econ midterm!  I guess you can say that I was extremely pleased with that!!  Midterms turned out good...all A's and one B+ in my theology class.  That class is frustrating at the moment.  We have gone through a couple professors due to medical reasons, so we keep having to adjust to different teaching styles.  So hopefully it'll get better. 

This week was also my boyfriends birthday!  So I have to wish him a happy birthday in here!  They had some people over at their house, and this is one of the first nights I didn't have to work so I could actually socialize with everyone!  LOL There were actually some baseball recruits in town because we have had baseball auditions the last two weeks and they stayed at their house.  And get this...THEY'RE CANADIAN!! Totally had the accents too, so I was pretty excited about that!  And if you were wondering, they do say eh...A LOT!  It was funny!

At my internship, I got to do something a little different than the Treat Truck on Friday.  I was given a project to write three promos for B107.9.  They are doing a "Week of Hope" with Faith Mission of Ohio and it was my job to write three 60 second promos for first promoting the event, second tell people to donate, and third thanking them for their donations.  So, that was awesome!  That is the kind of stuff I enjoy doing.  I love to write and now I can add these promos to my portfolio.  They'll be on air starting in November! 

So the Halloween party is this Friday and I finally found a costume!  I'm being Wilma from the Flintstones.  A lot of people say it's perfect because I have some red in my hair, so why not!  It's cute; I'm excited to wear it! 

So as always, GO BUCKS!! Another W for us!! And our Panther's won AGAIN!  They're definitely having an amazing year!  So congrats to our football players!

 Well I have to study for my pledge quiz for Delta Sigma Pi, so I have to get going!!  I hope everyone has a great week!
