spring break plans...BOOKED!
Well, the groundhog saw his shadow, so that means 6 more weeks of winter...BOO! BUT my roommate and I have completed our spring break plans for Florida! We're driving down with our friend Sean, whose house we stay at all week. 1 of 6 kids at the Packo house! So, we're saving money by driving with Sean and he's saving some too! We're leaving Saturday afternoon and not coming back until after Easter, AWESOME! More than a week in the warm weather...cannot wait! Our countdown is down to 42 days!
Other than finalizing our spring break plans, this week was kinda cruddy. Was down with a cold most of the week and now in the final days of it (I hope). I went most of fall/winter without getting sick, I knew it was coming, but I'm so glad it came the week before Buffalo! Buffalo is in 4 days and that means I have to start packing soon...but very light! We're taking two 12 passenger university vans for 18 people AND LUGGAGE! So, I have to learn how to downsize! That's going to be difficult! I'm going to get a dress this week because on Saturday night they have a formal social event, so that gives me a reason to buy another cute dress!
Tonight's the Superbowl buuut, I could careless really. I'd like to see the underdogs win, but who knows with the Patriots being undefeated! I'm just ready for the commercials! In my marketing class we're watching them again and talking about the different marketing strategies each company used...should be pretty fun!
This week is going to be busy with not only packing, but meetings as well...again, imagine that! Community service event, social activity, and meet the chapter for Deltasig, our first chapter meeting for PRSSA, and then work on top of that. Oh yea, and homework! Another busy week unfortunately, but a fun weekend to look forward to.
