Hey
readers!
The week of the musical has
come! The show opens this Friday, and I
have gotten so much done. Now I just
have to do the final touch-ups and make darn sure that I know my lines. I don’t have a large number of lines for my
character, Ralph the Stage Manager, which being the Stage Manager is my actual
responsibility, so it is a cameo of sorts.
I am a bit nervous for my first on stage experience… But I am confident that I will do OK. I have pictures of the completed set that I
will upload as soon as I am able. I
again encourage anyone who is able to attend the show; it will be worth your
while.
In other news I received a report
that since the induction of the Student Government Paper Recycling program we
have recycled over ten tons of paper. 10 Tons!!
That is quite a large amount. This
means that we have saved 55,000 KWH of energy.
This is a great accomplishment, and as we continue to refine the actual
program we can only do better. I don’t
yet have data on the University plastic and aluminum program, but that has been
running very smoothly.
I am excited to see my family this
weekend when they come down to see the show.
It has been quite some time since I have seen them; I will probably stay
in the hotel with them. They are coming down
later Friday evening and leaving Sunday morning after Mass.
God
Bless,
Jeremiah
