Christmas Shindig

Happy Holidays!

Well for all of you that want to know I wasn’t anywhere near the flooding that took place in Washington. I know you guys were worried. Also it is awesome to be home for more than four days, I’m so excited about break.

On Saturday I had a little Christmas shindig for all of my friends that had just come back from school. We had food, Guitar Hero, and more food. Robyn made the best Oreo truffles I had ever had and they were gone with twenty minutes of everyone arriving. We also had some stiff Guitar Hero battles it got pretty intense, until Owen got there and pretty much blew everyone away. People weren’t even mad that they lost, they were just in awe. Brett decided that he wanted to play Twister and that was pretty entertaining. Everyone became pretzels and intertwined on the floor. The real hit of the party was Boug. My mom and I found him a Santa costume, it said HO HO HO on the back of the sweater and he had a Santa hat. After seeing him dressed up in that, I now know why people dress up their animals. At first everyone looked at him kind of strange but they thought he was so different looking that he was cute and all the girls wanted to hold him. Eventually all the guys got in on it too. Jesse decided that Boug was a mix between Yoda and ET, two very respectable aliens that he should be proud to be associated with. Boug really stole the show and everybody just wanted to hold him and play with him but by the end of the night he was all tuckered out. It was great to see everyone that I haven’t seen in what felt like ages, and I can’t wait to hang out with them all break.

Yet its still weird not to see my friends from Ohio everyday. Don’t worry guys I miss ya!! And will be back sooner than you know it!
