SPRING BREAK!!

Well I’m about to venture off to warm weather and fun!

I’m sorry the rest of you are stuck in the gloom andcoldness and if you’re not lucky you. We are about to head off to Alabama andFlorida to play softball and enjoy ourselves. It should be pleasantly warm.

No worries when I get back I will be sure to give you a day-by-dayplay of how everything went. I think we are going to play about 12-15 gamesthis week, it all depends on how we do.

Before we left for break we had a spirit week and it isbasically each grade and the coaches doing something to bring the team togetherand be spirited. That is pretty much all I can tell you about it because whathappens in spirit week stays.

Here are some crazy and interesting facts about ourdestinations:

Alabama:

            Alabama was the first state todeclare Christmas a legal holiday, in 1836.

            Oksorry that was about the only interesting thing I could find because everythingcame up for the movie Sweet Home Alabama.

Lets try Florida.

Florida:

            Gatorade was named for theUniversity of Florida Gators where the drink was first developed. (If you didn’talready know that)

         Florida has over 1,300miles of coastline with 800 miles of beaches.

Hopefully we will get to see some Gators while we are inFlorida I would be pretty excited. I don’t really know if I would be scared, I wouldlike to think that I would mostly think its cool.
