Hazel's House
Well we are back from the warmth and sunshine of Florida andnow it is snowing in Columbus. What a bummer.
Spring break was a blast, even though we only won 2 gamesthe whole trip. We learned a lot about ourselves and about what we canaccomplish as a team. We have our first home game Monday at 3pm.
Now we have a few days off and I am spending them with Ms.Jamie Hazel. I will give you a play by play of what has gone on.
FRIDAY: We went to Kroger’s to get some of the essentials, the essentials being blue powerade and some chips. While there we also gotstuff for dinner that night, Hazel decided that we were going to make tacos. They were probably some of the most delicious tacos I have ever tasted. We thenwatched some TV and then decided that we were going to play Wii bowling untilwe both had become pros. So we had the music blaring and we were just bowlingour brains out. I finally got too tired and neither one of us had become prosyet, so we went to bed.
SATURDAY: We woke up and since we had yet to accomplish ourgoal of becoming pros we immediately started to bowl again, not even stoppingto eat breakfast. After about 3 hours of more bowling I finally became a pro.We decided that we needed to take a break and headed to Walmart to get somewhite t’s for the contest that is coming up. But since the lines at Walmartwere so long we decided to head over to Best Buy and buy Guitar Hero for theWii. Hazel continued to play Guitar Hero for the next 2 hours consecutively, until it was time for dinner. Pretty impressive if you ask me. After dinner weagain played the wii, both of us reaching pro status and Hazel discovered thatyou can play against other people online in Guitar Hero.
SUNDAY: HAPPY EASTER!! It was a little weird not being homewith my family but its ok because Hazel’s family adopted me. So we went to hergrandparents for lunch and it was delicious. We came back and then played somemore guitar hero and I did my homework. Pretty laid back Sunday.
No worries Hazel and I held down the fort. We did laundry, dishes, and Hazel discovered she was an amazing chef in her past life. We even got the dog back after she had escaped and Hazel had fallen in the creek. So for all the doubters out there or the people that were worried we made it through the weekend. O and Mrs. Hazel your pots and pans are perfectyl fine Hazel took great care of them!
We play tomorrow so ya’ll better be there!
