Friday, August 15 @ 8:00 a.m. – Noon: New Student Move In
Sunday, August 17 @ 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Returning Students Move In
MID TERM BREAK
Begins Oct. 12 after all classes All classes resume Oct. 15
Halls remain open for all students
THANKSGIVING BREAK
Wednesday, November 26 Noon Halls Close; all students out
Sunday, November 30 10 a.m. Halls Open
SEMESTER ENDS
Friday, December 12 Noon Halls Close for non-graduates
Sunday, December 14 Noon Graduates Check-out
Friday, January 16 @ 6 – 8 p.m. Students attending ReFresh/Orientation**
Sunday, January 18 @ 10 a.m. Halls Open for returning students
Sunday, January 18 @ Noon – 4 p.m. New Students move in (not attending ReFresh)
SPRING BREAK
Saturday, March 14 Noon Halls Close; all students out
Sunday, March 22 10 a.m. Halls Open
EASTER BREAK
Begins Apr. 10 after all classes All classes resume Apr. 14
Halls remain open for all students
SEMESTER ENDS
Friday, May 15 Noon Halls Close for non-graduates
Sunday, May 17 Noon Graduates Check-out; Halls close
*Students will not have access to the residence halls during times when the buildings are closed. Students need to make appropriate plans to vacate the residence halls by the times specified for each break. Access cards will be shut off when the residence halls are closed. Please plan accordingly. Students who have a Saturday or weekend class that requires them to be on campus must notify the Office of Residence Life for hall access at least 72 hours in advance.
**ReFresh / Orientation is a program for new freshmen, new transfer, and returning freshman students only. You must be registered for this program to move in this day.
