Measurement vary with corner rooms, hall locations and triple rooms. All rooms
receive free local phone service, but a long distance calling card is needed for
calls outside ODU's area code (614).
The Office of Residence Life recommends that you bring a few creature comforts
with you to your new place like:
- Twin bedding and pillows
- Towels, shower tote, shower shoes and toiletries
- Desk lamp
- Alarm clock
- Stereo and TV
- Stackable crates, message board, cork board
- Iron, laundry basket or bag and detergent
- Small refrigerator (single 4.3 cubic feet or 2.3 cubic feet only)
- Photos, posters, stuffed animals, yearbooks
- Telephone and answering machine
- Waste paper basket
- Dishes (glasses, mugs, eating utensils, etc.)
