NEW Resident Students
- Students are required to make $150 housing deposit. This can be done through their admission counselor or the Business Office.
- In April, students who have paid a housing deposit will receive a packet of information from our office, including a housing contract. Students who make their housing deposit after April will receive their contracts on a rolling basis, generally within 1-2 weeks of the deposit.
- Student must complete and return a housing contract before the Office of Residence Life makes a room assignment.
- Residence Life will be mailing out housing assignments and roommate information in mid-July.
All incoming students must either complete the Housing Assignment Process listed above or complete a Housing Exemption Form. Please see our policies on exemptions for more details.
