Our mission is grounded in our identity as a Catholic and Dominican liberal arts institution.

The university's mission - To contemplate truth and share with others the fruits of that contemplation - serves as our guiding principle of teaching and learning.

Our Core curriculum, taken by all students, focuses on seven learning outcomes that collectively identify our expectations for all Ohio Dominican graduates.

Additionally, students must complete a sequence of courses in one of 45 undergraduate major areas of study including those in the arts, sciences, and professions.
