ODU JobLine lists internships, and part- and full-time positions for students and alumni of Ohio Dominican University.

Returning Users

Log In

  • First-Time Users
    • Go to the JobLine Registration page.
    • Complete the required information.
    • Click Register.
    • Submit your Student ID number at the bottom of the page.
    • Click Save.
    • Review your information and then click Continue.
    • Click Submit Profile.
    • Click Done at the bottom of the page.
  • Search for Jobs or Internships
    • Place cursor over Jobs and select Job Search  
    • Fill in the search criteria to narrow down your job search. Use fewer criteria in order to generate the most listings. 
    • Click on Job ID to see the specifics of the position and how to apply.
  • Update Your Profile
    • Pace cursor over My Account and select My Profile.
    • You will see sections containing Personal Information, Demographic Information, Skills and Additional Information.
    • Each section will have an [Edit] link. Click on this link to edit fields within the section.
    • In each section, complete all fields, making sure to click Save. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
  • Upload or Revise Your Resume
    • Place cursor over My Account and select My Documents.
    • Click on [Upload File].
    • Click Browse to locate your resume on your computer.
      (NOTE: Always be sure the file name includes your last name.)
    • Select and name the document, example: Jones Marketing Resume.
    • Click Upload.

      IMPORTANT: Your default resume is the document that employers will access when searching for candidates. Your default resume should be a version that best relates to all the fields you are targeting.

    To revise your resume:

    • Follow the steps above, then delete your old resume/s from the system.
    • If your new resume relates to an interview event, make sure you link the new document to the interview.
