ODU's admissions process is simple and we'll help you every step of the way. The sooner you apply, the sooner you can start planning your future.

Applying to Ohio Dominican

  • Complete an online undergraduate application. There is no fee to apply!

  • Once we receive your application, an Admissions Counselor will contact you to continue the process.
  • Send your official high school (or college) academic transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

  • What is the Application Deadline?
    ODU operates on a rolling admission policy, which means the sooner we receive your application, high school transcripts and ACT or SAT test scores, the sooner we can inform you of your admission decision.

  • How Does ODU Handle AP Coursework?
    We encourage students to continue to challenge themselves by taking full advantage of Advanced Placement (AP) opportunities at their high school.

    To receive college credit, complete the AP exam offered at the end of each AP class. Official score reports can be sent to Ohio Dominican University (College Board code: 1131). 

    Our Registrar's Office will notify you of the credit or placement awarded.

  • How Do I Apply for Scholarships?
    Your application for admission to Ohio Dominican is also your application for all our scholarship opportunities. We will notify you if you qualify for merit-based aid upon acceptance to the University.

    We also encourage you to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our school code is 003035.
