Ohio Dominican University will present its 2018 Senior Art Exhibition from April 27 to June 30, 2018 in the Wehrle Gallery, which is located in Wehrle Hall on ODU’s campus at 1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, 43219. An opening reception will take place at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 27, to coincide with the Inauguration of Dr. Robert A. Gervasi as ODU’s 16th president.
“From the Halls of Wehrle: 2018 Senior Exhibition” will feature a range of content and media by ODU senior Art, Art Education and Graphic Design majors.
The exhibition is free and open to the public. The Wehrle Gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
"Senior Show has allowed me to not only develop my artistic abilities, but also grow as a person,” said Helen Erb, a Graphic Design major at ODU. “Through the independence and sense of ownership, you learn to persevere and really come into your own."
"Senior Show developed my skill in design, my respect for the arts, and my love for this campus community,” said Emma Slater, who is also majoring in Graphic Design at ODU. “I value the time and effort I spent with each student and professor that led me to this final product."
"What I valued most in Senior Show were the unexpected friendships made through a mutual love and respect for art and each other,” said Margaret Lesheski, an Art Education major at ODU."
