The Bottom Floor of Spangler Learning Center has the Education-related materials of the ODU Library. This is convenient for education students and others since the Education Dept. offices are on this same floor. The Listening Viewing Center (LVC) with theatre-style seats and a presentation stage is also located on this floor.
