MEDLINE
Provides
authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary
medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more from
current biomedical journals. Updated
daily.
A wealth of health information from
the National Library of Medicine. There are also lists of hospitals and
physicians, a medical encyclopedia and a medical dictionary, health information
in Spanish, extensive information on prescription and nonprescription drugs,
health information from the media, and links to thousands of clinical trials.
After clicking the link above,
select the database menu for Philosopher's Index and click on the 'Start
Searching' button. Please remember to click on the 'logout' link
once finished. Covers the areas of ethics,
aesthetics, social philosophy, political philosophy, epistemology, and
metaphysic logic as well as the philosophy of law, religion, science, history,
