Fall 2012 Move-In

 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 

All new and transfer residents will check-in in the lobby of Fitzpatrick Hall 

*** Pre-season Athletes/Band/Other approved groups: Your name must be on an approved roster from your team/group supervisor to arrive early. These dates and times are available through them. 

We do have a few moving carts to assist in getting items from the parking lot into the buildings. 

Returning Student Move-In

Sunday, August 19  

10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 

No early arrivals 

Staff will be set up in the lobby of Sansbury, Lynam, and Aquinas Halls to sign you in. Siena students will get keys in Lynam.  Between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m., students must call the duty phone to pick up keys. Aquinas duty phone: 614-314-8066; Sansbury/Fitzpatrick duty phone: 614-561-1835, Lynam/Siena duty phone: 614-940-5559. After 9PM, students will have to move-in on Monday.  A limited number of carts will be available for use and must be returned to the Fitzpatrick Lobby as soon as possible so others may use them.
