Dr. Godwin Duru, Associate Professor of Economics, has been a faculty member of Ohio Dominican University since the fall of 1989. He teaches International Economics, Money, Credit & Banking, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Public Finance, International Business, Financial Institutions, and Managerial Economics and Social and Economic Justice.
Dr. Duru is an active participant in various academic seminars, workshops and conferences relating to economics with particular interest in third world economic development problems, and global business issues, as well as economics text-book reviews. Currently, he is engaged in research projects titled "The Euro: A Challenge to the Dollar in the Global Economy" and "In Search of a Third World Model State for the Third World."
He is a member of the Council of Ethics in Economics and the Ohio Association of Economists and Political Scientists.
