Wehrle Gallery's 2009-2010 Art Exhibitions
COLUMBUS, OH Ohio Dominican University is proud to announce the 2009-2010 schedule of art exhibits at Wehrle Gallery. The Gallery is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Admission is free. The Wehrle Gallery is in Wehrle Hall on Ohio Dominican University's main campus, 1216 Sunbury Rd, Columbus, Ohio, 43219. This academic year's exhibits include:

This exhibit features the work of Dr. Quentin Colgan, Ohio Dominican University Philosophy Professor Emeritus, whose art reveals his keen insight into the realm of historical aesthetics.

Explore Egypt in all of its facets, from the Pyramids of Gizathose icons of ancient Egyptian cultureto the floating child merchants of the Nile, through the eyes of ODU students.

ODU Art Department faculty and students showcase their talents in the universitys annual Holiday Art Market. Proceeds from the sale benefit the artists and the ODU Palette Club.

Columbus has a wealth of riches in female artists who work in the medium of paper. Explore the many ways paper is used as a matrix for art production - from Nan Johnson's pulp paintings to Rebecca Brandeis Morton's cast paper sculpture - and everything in between.
