Ohio Dominican Hosts FREE Financial Management Workshop on March 16



Columbus, OH – Ohio Dominican University will host a free financial management workshop, “Estate Planning and Philanthropy,” on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. The event will be held in the second floor conference room of ODU’s Bishop James A. Griffin Student Center, 1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219.

Refreshments will be served from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. and the program will follow from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Guest parking is available in the Gold Lot, West of Sunbury Road on St. Dominic Way. The workshop is open to the public; however reservations are required and can be made by contacting ODU Assistant Professor John Farlin at 614-251-4738 or ODU Division of Business Administrative Assistant Tiffany Pirwitz at 614-251-4274.

The event will feature a panel of local business professionals and an ODU faculty member (yet to be announced) that include:

Last October, Ohio Dominican announced a five event series of financial management workshops entitled “Financial Survival in Today’s Economy.” The final workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, 2010.
