Ohio Dominican University (ODU) is proud to partner with Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) to offer the Learning Enhanced Adult Degree (LEAD) accelerated degree programs. The LEAD bachelor’s and master’s degree programs will be offered at the COTC Pataskala Campus, 8660 East Broad St., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.

The LEAD undergraduate and graduate degree programs to be offered are: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management. ODU’s LEAD program helps working adults attain their educational goals in an environment that meets their specific learning needs. This program is guided by research which indicates that focused attention on an individual subject is the best way for working adults to learn. With the LEAD Program, students take one class at a time, meet only one night a week, and continue year-round completing their degree in a compressed timeframe. LEAD instructors are business professionals with academic credentials who bring real-world applications to students’ education.

A unique aspect of the LEAD Program is the project team, which is a group of peers who meet weekly. The group discusses course materials; sharpens student teamwork skills; and learns from sharing student experiences. Employees who succeed in cooperative settings are often more productive and creative – qualities employers look for in a highly competitive market.

“Our instructors and staff are committed to working with students to help them reach their potential inside and outside of the classroom,” said Dave Archibald, ODU’s Vice President for LEAD. “The university is grateful to partner with COTC to offer these programs to residents of Pataskala and the surrounding communities.”

Prospective students who are interested in learning more should call ODU’s LEAD Program at (614) 473-9003 or visit the program’s website at www.ohiodominican.edu.

LEAD programs are also offered at ODU’s main campus (1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, 42319); ODU’s LEAD Building (2600 Airport Drive, Columbus, 43219); and the Dublin Campus (5550 Blazer Parkway, Dublin, 43017).
