Free Community Event on October 20 – Spooky Tales

Do you like a good ghost story? How about several ghost stories? ODU is offering a special treat with one of the best storytellers in the country as he scares, delights and frightens audiences of all ages with his spellbinding tales of the macabre.

ODU's Dominican Scholars Program and the Office of Multicultural Affairs are hosting a free campus event --Spooky Tales with National Storyteller Bobby Norfolk on Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 7:30- 8:30 p.m. in the Griffin Student Center room 259 (1216 Sunbury Road, Columbus, 43219).

Norfolk won three Emmy awards as the host of the CBS TV show “Gator Tales” and he also received the national Circle Excellence Oracle Award, an honor presented by the National Storytelling Network, an award that recognizes the best storytellers in the country.
