Early Childhood Education Completion of this program leads to an Ohio license to teach children Age 3 through Grade 3. Teacher candidates may add the Early Childhood Generalist Endorsement to teach in Grades 4 and 5.
Educational StudiesEducational Studies is a non-licensure program with concentrations in Child Care Administration and Management, Curriculum and Instruction, International Education/Global Studies, and Peace Education.
Middle Childhood Education Completion of the Middle Childhood Education program leads to an Ohio license to teach children in Grades 4-9 in two of the following content areas: language arts/reading, mathematics, science or social studies. Teacher candidates may add Middle Childhood Generalist Endorsements to teach other content areas in Grades 4-6.
Intervention Specialist Education Completion of the Intervention Specialist education program leads to an Ohio license to serve as an interventional specialist in Grades K-12, working with students with mild-to-moderate and/or moderate-to-intensive educational needs.
Arts Education Completion of the Arts Education program leads to an Ohio license to teach visual arts to students in Grades PK-12.
Adolescence to Young Adult Education
Completion of these programs leads to an Ohio license to teach the specific content to students in Grades 7-12.
