The Learning Enhanced Adult Degree (LEAD) Program at Ohio Dominican University is an accelerated degree completion program designed specifically for working adults. It’s different from other adult degree programs. We believe it’s better suited to your goals for tomorrow — and your unique situation today.

Research has shown that concentrated immersion in a single subject is the best way for the working adult to learn. You will focus on one subject at a time before moving on to the next course. Because the program is accelerated, you will find the pace keeps class interesting and new.
To accommodate your busy schedule, your class will meet just one evening a week. Best of all, that class night stays the same throughout the entire program, allowing you to maintain a regular and predictable schedule.
One of the unique features of the LEAD Program is the importance we place on collaborative learning. In many courses, students have the opportunity to work with other students to help them better learn the course materials and sharpen their team skills through project-based learning. The skills learned through collaboration, such as how to combine and share talents, experience, and learning resources, are valued by businesses and other organizations. Employees who function successfully in collaborative, team-oriented work environments are often more productive and creative — qualities employers look for in a highly competitive market.
Courses are taught by academically credentialed business professionals. They understand that you’re a working adult, and may treat you more as a peer than a pupil. Your classes will be small, the discussions lively, and your instructors will bring real world relevancy to their subjects.
