  • Admissions Requirements

    • An applicant must submit proof of high school graduation or GED prior to acceptance and must have graduated from high school or completed a GED program three or more years ago.
    • Official transcripts must be submitted from any high school, college, or university attended. For college credits to transfer, they must:
      • Be from a post-secondary degree granting institution of higher education accredited by one of the six regional accrediting bodies.
      • Be for college-level courses.
      • Have been completed with a grade of C- or better.
    • Generally, a previous grade point average of 2.25 or above leads to acceptance in the LEAD Program. An applicant whose grade point average is below 2.25 may be given individual consideration by the Admissions Committee.
    • Two years full-time working experience is required.
    • An application and essay are required. An admissions interview may be required.

    Online Application - A $25 application fee is due before we can process your application. Pay online or you can mail or drop off  your check at the Office of Adult & Continuing Education, Erskine Hall, Suite 105, on ODU's main campus.

    Associate of Science in Business students may be able to earn their Associate degree while enrolled in the Bachelor's program.
