2013 SPring Fitness Class Schedule
Yoga
Mondays & Wednesdays• 7:00 am
Warm up, greet the sun, get the blood pumping every Monday and Wednesday at 7 a.m. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Beginners welcome.
Boot Camp
Thursdays• 6:00 pm
Strength and endurance training that will challenge you to push yourself and get healthier in the process.
Zumba
Tuesdays • Noon
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program involving dance and aerobic elements. Zumba exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training for fitness and losing weight.
All fitness classes are free for the ODU community. Classes are held in the Dance & Fitness Studio in the Griffin Student Center. Classes will not be held when the university is closed.
