Strength and endurance training that will challenge you to push yourself and get healthier in the process.
Tuesdays • Noon
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program involving dance and aerobic elements. Zumba exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training for fitness and losing weight.
All fitness classes are free for the ODU community. Classes are held in the Dance & Fitness Studio in the Griffin Student Center. Classes will not be held when the university is closed.
